first of all, bought horrible yarn for double the price it should have been. second of all, wouldn’t let me return it using my apple pay card (literally didn’t have the scanner on the machine at returns despite 6 fully automated self checkout machines that encourage apple pay) and so duh they couldn’t find my card. ended up getting half of the yarns price in store credit. i just wanted the money back in my bank account. also the clerk couldn’t scan my ID and asked if it was real. girl. why would i get a fake to return horrible yarn

All the staff members at this location are friendly & very helpful! 10/10 “Mylee” was the checkout employee. She asked if I found everything I needed. I said I got the last pack of the 16x20. 5 pack canvas. And wish there were more. She called ok the headset. And asked to see if there were more in back. They had some. Another employee went on back and got me TWO more 5pks of the 16”x20” canvas I wanted. I was so happy 😀 Great service. I’ll definitely be back 💯 I got some canvas & paint.

Always love this store, so much to look and buy. 🎃 Halloween, my favorite, is on its way and Michaels have started putting things out, yippy! Good sales, frame sale going on buy one, get one free, save good money and tue frames are nice. Bought some spray paint on clearance also. …

Nice framing job. Weird though, we specifically requested non-glare glass but it wasn't put on the order. $2300 later we have lovely work but glare city. Little disappointed.
